        Australian (domestic) shipping:
        • We offer free standard shipping for orders over $150 AUD.
        • $10 standard flat rate shipping for orders under $150 AUD.
        • $15 express shipping.
        International shipping:
        • New Zealand: we offer free DHL shipping for orders over $250 NZD.
        • New Zealand: shipping with DHL is $25 for orders under $250 NZD.
        • North America: shipping with DHL is $39 for all orders.
        • Europe + United Kingdom:  shipping with DHL is $49 for all orders.
        • Rest of world: shipping with DHL is $59 for all orders.

        Dispatch times for standard delivery are usually 2-5 business days from order placement and 1-2 business days for express delivery. 

        Please note: import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. 


        Returns:
        • Full priced items are eligible for Australian (domestic) returns within 15 days of the shipping date from our warehouse. For international orders, returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date from our warehouse.
        • Once you submit your return, please ensure you post within 14 days or your return request will expire. 
        • For Australian (domestic) returns, full priced items are eligible for exchange, gift card or refund (refunds are processed minus shipping cost).
        • For international returns, full priced items are eligible for gift card or refund. Exchange is not available for international returns.
        • For international returns, please choose carefully as you will need to cover the cost of return shipping regardless of whether you are seeking a refund or store credit.

          Can this get SIX STARS?

          What a fabulous product!

          I bought the Ismay Tufted Bedcover a while back, but I didn't want to rush into a review before using it and wearing it in a bit.... and as its sold out I now can't review. As The Jarvis is made the same way I thought I'd review instead.

          I was anxious about the Dryclean Only and if the tufting would just pile like mad. NO NEED for concern! It's had 2 months of wear and its superb. I tend to do a whip over with the Dyson for a bit of dog hair & tuft fluff, as well as airing in the sun and that's all it needs.

          So pragmatic concerns aside, Wow wow wow how lovely does it look!!!!

          Service, shipping, rewards program etc all smooth too. Yep I've done quite a few more purchases as I'm such a fan.

          Absolutely gorgeous!!

          We bought the Jarvis tufted blanket for our 2 year old and we are in love with it! It is thick, warm and so cuddly. We can't wait for their next release!
