Care

Our resin products are individually made by hand - making each piece totally unique. Here are a few tips to give them all the love and care they need!

  • Our resin pieces are for cold food presentation only and do not like heat
  • They can be washed in warm water when needed
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners or cloths, as they may scratch or damage the surface
  • Rub with a gentle cloth and a drop of cooking oil to restore their sheen
  • This resin is not heat proof! Please don’t use the dishwasher, oven or microwave
  • Please take care when handling - a hard knock or drop will likely result in breakage
  • All resin pieces are food-safe and pass required testing

Note, all resin colours are mixed and poured by hand. As a result, each piece is one of a kind and will include inevitable variations in its colour, swirl pattern and opacity. This is part of its beauty and is not a fault of the product. Our imagery endeavours to give you as accurate a representation of the product you’ll receive as possible, but please be aware that no two pieces are exactly the same.

          Shipping + Returns
          Australian (domestic) shipping:
          • We offer free standard shipping for orders over $150 AUD.
          • $10 standard flat rate shipping for orders under $150 AUD.
          • $15 express shipping.
          International shipping:
          • New Zealand: we offer free DHL shipping for orders over $250 NZD.
          • New Zealand: shipping with DHL is $25 for orders under $250 NZD.
          • North America: shipping with DHL is $39 for all orders.
          • Europe + United Kingdom:  shipping with DHL is $49 for all orders.
          • Rest of world: shipping with DHL is $59 for all orders.

          Dispatch times for standard delivery are usually 2-5 business days from order placement and 1-2 business days for express delivery. 

          Please note: import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. 


          Returns:
          • Full priced items are eligible for Australian (domestic) returns within 15 days of the shipping date from our warehouse. For international orders, returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date from our warehouse.
          • Once you submit your return, please ensure you post within 14 days or your return request will expire. 
          • For Australian (domestic) returns, full priced items are eligible for exchange, gift card or refund (refunds are processed minus shipping cost).
          • For international returns, full priced items are eligible for gift card or refund. Exchange is not available for international returns.
          • For international returns, please choose carefully as you will need to cover the cost of return shipping regardless of whether you are seeking a refund or store credit.

          Earl Vessel Containers

          Love these little resin containers!

          Really happy with my purchase—these containers are super cute and feel really solid...I've been using them to store makeup brushes.

          You can tell they're well made. Definitely recommend if you want something that’s both practical and pretty!

          Gorgeous creamy vanilla colour

          This is the perfect toothbrush holder for our bathroom. A lovely vanilla colour that matches everything. It has a trendy wiggly rim which I overlooked but love. So good!
